Newa Unicode Block

The Newa Unicode block (U+11800–U+1184F) is a set of characters used to represent the Newari language, primarily spoken in Nepal. It includes letters, numerals, and punctuation marks specific to the Newari script. The Newa Unicode block was added to Unicode in version 11.0, released in June 2018. This allowed for better support of the Newari language and script in digital environments.
