A strong directional class for characters written from left to right, including Latin, Greek, Cyrillic, and most CJK scripts. These characters establish a left-to-right context in the bidirectional algorithm, influencing how nearby neutral characters such as spaces and punctuation are displayed. When mixed with right-to-left text, they form their own directional runs that are resolved according to the overall paragraph direction.
